Bionetics Registration
Below you'll find information on how to register the Bionetics software on your computer. If you'd like to learn more about Bionetics, please visit our Build Your Clinic Page.
First, purchase your renewal
Next, open the Bionetics software from your desktop
Once in Bionetics click on File, then Register. This will open the Online Registration window.
- Use your login information (email and password) from SpectraVisionBionetics.com or TheNewHuman.com (they are the same login).
- Click on the Renew button
- The Registration will be processed automatically
- You're all done!
Some things to check
- Make sure you purchase a key before registering OR ensure you've purchased an annual key month's previous.
- Make sure when you enter your email and password, that they are correct or else you will get and error asking you to "contact customer support" which isn't necessary.
- You may register your software with 2 computers before having to purchase a new key that can be used for another 2 computers.
- This process will ONLY work for 3.8+ (95% of current practitioners). This process will not work for 2.86 users.
- If you are having challenges installing or registering the software, please click the orange help button to submit a ticket. Our tech support will be in touch.

- Download and run the software
- If you receive a message that the download was blocked or asking if you want to keep the file, click the "Keep" button. If there is no keep button click on "Show More" and then "Keep Anyway"
- If presented with a screen saying that "Windows Protected your PC", click "More Info", then select "Run anyway"
- The software requires Microsoft C++ 2013 Redistributable which will install automatically if not already present. This process could take several minutes
- Follow all prompts (click accept, next, etc.)
